Wes Asay is the founder and Principal Consultant of Warfighter Enterprise Solutions, LLC — a Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering senior-level production, quality, acquisition, and cybersecurity consulting across two interrelated constituencies: the U.S. Defense Industrial Base and the Legal Sector.
With 18+ years of direct U.S. Army weapons acquisition experience, Wes has served at the highest levels of Army production and quality leadership — overseeing the manufacturing, testing, and acceptance of primary combat weapon systems across the Soldier Lethality portfolio.
His unique perspective — gained through decades of bridging contractor operations, Government acquisition requirements, and the legal framework that governs defense contracting — gives clients the insider understanding required to win contracts, clear DCMA barriers, protect program schedules, maintain “Blue” CPAR ratings, and defend their technical position in litigation.
